Service Availability:
We do not accept orders from individuals’ resident outside of the United Kingdom or other parts of Europe available upon checkout.

Ordering Products on our website:
By placing an order on our website you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and at least 18 years old.

Order Acceptance:
After placing an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging we have received your order. All orders are then subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance of the order when we notify you by email confirming we have dispatched the product. The contract between us is formed when we send you this dispatch confirmation email. Payment may be taken before this point but this does not indicate acceptance. If we have to cancel your order your payment will be refunded immediately.

Prices:
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT which is stated separately on the invoice.

Availability and Delivery:
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch email. We aim, but do not guarantee, to deliver the product within 10 working days of sending the dispatch email to you. The product will be sent via Royal Mail or a courier service chosen by customer as their preferred delivery option.

Refund Policy:
You will be thrilled with how well these supplements work. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return you purchase, simply email us through the ‘contact us’ page within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We will give you a full refund of the price you paid for the product but we’ll have to ask you to pay the postage to return the product back to us. However, in the event the product is defective in anyway, we will pay for the return delivery of the product back to us.
We will usually refund the money using the same method by which you paid and aim to do so as soon as possible but in any case within 30 days from the day we confirmed receipt of your cancellation.

By using our site, you accept that communication with us will be electronic, i.e. via e-mail. This includes electronic communication for confirming receipt of orders and confirmation of dispatch of products.
